The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was friendly, especially the receptionist who gave helpful tips about the area.
The hotel charged extra for amenities that should be complimentary, such as Wi-Fi and even a dental kit. The restaurant service was slow and the food was not up to par.

The hotel is situated in a bustling area filled with hardware shops, making it convenient for those who need to buy supplies. The staff was attentive and provided good service, ensuring that all our basic amenities were taken care of. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including 15-year-old but well-maintained furniture. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, satisfying our morning cravings.
Improvements can be made in terms of providing complimentary water and avoiding additional charges for dental kits, internet, and early check-ins.
